The Empowered & Poised Life Skills Curriculum is an evidence-based, decade-tested program designed to promote well-being, confidence, and healthy emotion-regulation skills in youth. Built for students in grades three through eight (with flexibility for younger or older learners), the curriculum offers a wide range of customizable, research-supported activities for school counselors, social workers, teachers, homeschooling parents, and any professional dedicated to empowering young people. 

It includes a full suite of materials—pre- and post-program lessons, parent letters, waivers, fifteen engaging topics, handouts, tips, and resources—streamlined into a user-friendly format that saves time and helps facilitators deliver impactful sessions with clarity. Every activity is grounded in empirical literature and shaped by extensive real-world testing across hundreds of youth, with contributions from educators, families, and experts in intervention development and positive psychology. 

The curriculum is intentionally flexible, culturally responsive, developmentally attuned, and packed with activities that meet students where they are—creative projects, music, games, journaling, role-plays, and team-building—ensuring that learning remains fun, engaging, and effective.
